We're looking for an energetic, enthusiastic sales professional who is a team
player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to join our expanding
engineering prototype services company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate new business and penetrate strategic accounts
Develop winning technical sales strategies
Manage all sales programs for an expanding company in a small team environment
Locate prospects, forecast new business, and create a solid business plan for
each account
Structure the deal, negotiate and close sales
Provide timely solutions to customer application issues in PCB Design
Act as technical liaison between our customers and company staff members
Support and act as a resource for new business development activities
Take responsibility for sustaining applications for pre-sale and post-sale
customer support
REQUIREMENTS:
BSEE (or equivalent combination of technical education and
experience)
2+ years of solid experience in both outside and inside sales of technical
professional services
Account management/project management experience in selling to electronic R&D
customers mandatory
Must have a proven track record of quota achievement
Hands-on work experience in high tech industry with technical knowledge of PCB
prototypes preferred
Ability to travel 5-10% within U.S.
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Act 4.0)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and a high level of
initiative are essential
Must have valid US work authorization
SALES ASSISTANT / TELEMARKETER
Working with an
interdisciplinary team of SunMan Engineering senior management, you will
identify, evaluate and establish business relationship that build upon and
enhance our PCB technologies and design services opportunities.
You will provide a strong customer focus orientation to our business development
group and help our Business Development Manager uncover potential business
opportunities.
Excellent organizational, analytical and written/verbal communication skills
required along with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong
relationships with several cross-functional departments and outside business
consultants is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Directly, and as part of a sales team, generate sales of PCB Development
services.
Establish new, and develop existing customer relationships primarily using
telephone and electronic communication technology.
Develop and maintain a level of technical product knowledge, market knowledge
and customer support expertise to quickly identify and drive the sales function.
Prospect, lead generation and account profile responsibilities.
Regularly develop and submit accurate forecasts and reports as required.
Develop and maintain close working relationships with other departments.
Build and sustain a high volume of sales activity and high level of customer
satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
2 -3 years of Telesales or Telemarketing experience (preferably in technology)
Have solid track record of sales success as measured by the application of
solution based sales skills and the achievement of regional/district quotas and
sales goals.
Knowledge standard Inside Sales procedures, practices and techniques.
Highly professional demeanor and superior decision making skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to succeed with minimal supervision in a demanding sales
environment.
Education:
Associates Degree (BA/BS degree desired) Basic Sales skills training
SENIOR SIGNALS INTEGRITY ENGINEER
We are seeking a strong and versatile Senior Signal Integrity Engineer who has excellent experience with board level simulation. He/She will be involved with the board design and development effort through all phases including analysis, design, layout, simulation, prototype bring-up, test, complete design documentation, and release to manufacturing. He/ She is expected to understand signal integrity issues, board layout design rules and system-level software fundamentals Candidate should be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and employs creative problem solving to overcome engineering challenges.
